Room Rate:
$159 plus tax. Room rate is only guaranteed until May 24, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. After May 24, reservations will be taken based on availability and the conference room rate may not apply.

To make your hotel reservation:
Upon registering for FARE 2013, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book your hotel room. Or you can call the hotel directly at (800) 228-9290. Be sure to identify yourself as a Foodservice at Retail Exchange attendee to receive the group rate.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. All room reservations must be accompanied by a first night deposit of room and tax. Once reservations are made, they may be cancelled without penalty until 6:00 p.m. central time on the day of scheduled arrival.

Special Note on Transportation:
Be sure to call a suburban taxi company for your trip to the Renaissance Schaumburg, as city cabs will charge more to leave the city limits.
The following taxi companies offer a flat rate to the Renaissance Schaumburg of approximately $30 from O'Hare and $60 from Midway. These taxis are available on the west side of the Renaissance Schaumburg building at all times when returning to the aiport:

The Renaissance Schaumburg is much closer to Chicago's O'Hare airport vs. Midway. We recommend you look for flights to O'Hare to reduce the cost of transportation to/from the hotel.
