Shook Kelley is a multi-disciplinary firm that not only studies how consumers behave within retail-based situations and environments, but makes design adjustments to these venues in an effort to attract, influence and shape specific consumer behavior. The firm's client list includes well-known brands such as Harley-Davidson, Whole Foods, Bank of America, Cadbury, Kraft, Harris Teeter, Bashas' and more.
Michelle Barry
President and CEO, Centric Inc.
With a doctorate in sociocultural and medical anthropology and an arts degree in visual communications, Michelle develops new approaches for articulating brand and retail experiences through the lens of consumer culture. Michelle has spent the past 15 years pioneering innovative methods and strategic analytic frameworks to truly get underneath the nuances of human behavior and sensory experiences that lead to successful brand, product and retail experiences.

Steve Hammel has an extensive hospitality and operational management background achieved over a 30 year time period including receiving the 2008 IFMA Silver Plate Award for Specialty Foodservice. With a commanding presence and an empowering philosophy, Steve heads an intimidating operation that has an annual sales volume of $40 million and serves approximately 2.5 million retail customers a year.

Joe has been in the food service industry for the greater part of 27 years. With a degree in food science management, his background experience has been in developing & managing food programs within leading c-store brands such as Circle K, Sheetz, ExxonMobile.
Bob Gumatz

Bob Gumatz, manager of retail solutions for CHS Inc., has nearly four decades of management experience in retail operations, specializing in retail operations, food safety, foodservice and inventory loss prevention. Although primarily concentrating in the gas/convenience and retail grocery industries, Bob's experience goes well beyond the retail business segment.
